Overview

OnPace Lease ("the App") is a vehicle lease mileage tracking application developed by Erik Newby. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected.

Information We Collect

Data You Provide

The App stores the following information that you enter:

• Vehicle name
• Lease start and end dates
• Annual mileage allowance
• Overage rate
• Odometer readings with optional notes

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal identification information
• We do not collect location data
• We do not track your usage behavior
• We do not use analytics or tracking tools
• We do not collect device identifiers

How Your Data is Stored

All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure data storage technologies. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is also stored in your personal iCloud account, which is managed by Apple according to their privacy policies.

We never transmit your data to our servers because we don't have any servers.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

OnPace Lease offers optional subscriptions and a lifetime purchase option. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

Your subscription status is verified through Apple's StoreKit framework. We store only whether you have an active subscription locally on your device to unlock premium features.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties. Your data stays on your device (and optionally in your personal iCloud account).

Data Security

Your data is protected by:

• iOS device encryption
• App sandboxing (data is isolated from other apps)
• iCloud encryption (if sync is enabled)

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is a general utility application not directed at children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App or on our website.

Your Rights

You can:

• Delete your data at any time by deleting the app
• Disable iCloud sync in Settings
